We do this by using VERTICALLY INGEGRATED Silicone inks, a chemically stable natural material made from silica (sand) with no toxic emissions. Our high-performance halo-free transfers are 100% solvent-free offering high print durability to match the garment’s life cycle and maintain brand integrity. Our ink formula, adhesives, and release liner are ideal for all fabric types and high-volume production with no need for “Carbon Blockers” or “inter-leaf paper” between transfers.  SiLabel’s heat transfers produce no waste product at the end of each printing cycle, ideal for the Apparel Industry trying to lower its environmental impact.
